Our Process
1. Vision Consultation
Our project manager will get to know you, your vision for the project, and answer your questions. Call us to schedule this meeting: (612) 546-1899
In some cases we are able to give you a ballpark price range to help you know if the project fits the budget you had in mind. Due to the complexity of some projects, we are not always able to offer this.
2. Design Conference
When you would like to move forward with a formal plan we will schedule an on-site meeting between the homeowner, project manager, and designer.
The plan will be purchased by you directly from the design firm. You own the plan! We never want our customers to feel pressured into working with us. With this plan you can go obtain other bids, if you like. We understand that this can be part of you making a confident decision.
3. Bottom-up Bid
Once we have the plan, we form an accurate bottom-up bid. This entails us securing bids from our trusted subcontractors. This bidding style is the most accurate and usually results in the most affordable project price. Our bottom-up process takes 5-10 business days to complete.
Other companies may attempt to quickly form an estimate. This usually results in overly high bid price being presented to the homeowner.
4. Your Approval
If you are satisfied with the price and details then we only need a project approval signature from you and the agreed upon down payment. The down payment will vary depending on the total project cost and the cost of the initial materials required.
